This home is another one of four homes in a unique, one-street, in-fill neighborhood in Old Goodwood. These homes all have a Tuscan-Mediterranean concept where outdoor living spaces are an extension of the interior.

The clients sought to update their outdoor living area to suit their recent updates to the home. The existing cocktail pool provided a great starting point and the design for this stunning outdoor living room flowed from there.

Turf grass was all that was present when this remodel started and the client wanted this area to have an intimate, soft courtyard feel while eliminating the maintenance of turf around the pool. The diamond pattern colored concrete replicates the look of the existing Peacock Pavers and the dwarf mondo grass and mexican beach pebble help to soften the solid concrete pool deck.
