This home is one of four homes in a unique, one-street, in-fill neighborhood in Old Goodwood. These homes all have a Tuscan-Mediterranean concept where outdoor living spaces are an extension of the interior.

The clients purchased this home and it received a complete makeover, as well as the exterior. A formal evergreen look with splashes of white color was desired, as well as being well-lit at night, and keeping with the Mediterranean feel of the neighborhood.
